A technology course dedicated to older adults. This class will cover basic computer skills such as using email, Microsoft Word, and social media. Those who complete the course will receive a free device.

Parents you are invited to bring your 6 year and older girls for an hour of kid friendly make up and nail polish. A little mini spa, we will have all the necessary essentials for 7 participants.

Join us in the Makerspace as we celebrate saying goodbye to winter by making a springtime wreath. Please register to participate in this free event as space is limited. 

We will set up magnet builders, tiny Legos, and chunky Legos in the Makerspace. Calm, quiet music will be playing. Drop-in only. 

Join us once a month for Videogame Club! We set up the Switch and play all together - sometimes, depending on the number of kids, we have to take turns (which is great practice at sharing and patience!) Drop in only.

Come by afterschool for a place to relax and unwind! We will have soft music, coloring, fidget toys, and just overall a very calming environment! No registration required! For ages 10+

Make your own Junk Journal. All materials will be provided. No registration is required for this event. 

Join us as we learn, practice, and celebrate cursive handwriting! Thursdays in spring (check calendar for specific dates) at 4:30PM we will be learning and practicing how to write in cursive. Ms.

Visit the library for a Writer's Workshop. Learn about prose, plot, and characterization. Registration required; limit 20. 

We will have a mini glass jar for you to choose a theme and make a necklace. Children 6 years and older are welcomed to participate.  Please register online or if you need help please call us at the Children's Desk (708-388-1078x22).

Join is in Children's as we go wild for animals! Taking place on the last Wednesday of March, April, and May at 6PM, each Safari storytime will focus on a different animal.
