Event Details
This is a beginning Spanish class for adults who are starting from zero or near-zero knowledge of the language and would like to build practical skills in an engaging, supportive setting. The course emphasizes everyday, usable Spanish and is designed to move at a steady pace while remaining accessible to new learners.
Sessions will focus on active participation, repetition in meaningful contexts, and using Spanish right away rather than rote memorization. Learners will practice listening and speaking through guided activities and simple dialogue, with the goal of building comfort and confidence over time.
Class content will include common real-life situations such as greetings, introductions, asking basic questions, numbers, food, travel-related phrases, and everyday interactions. Short explanations will be paired with practice, and time will be built in for questions and clarification throughout each session.
